I feel that this is unfortunate, because they probably made fun of Cho Sueng-Hui. But I don't condone what Cho Sueng-Hui.

I feel that with so many different occasions of him showing this erratic behavior, someone should have stepped up, taken some initiative, and asked if he was okay or tried to help him.

But then again, we don't think someone will just pull out a gun one day and shoot.
