This is "Takamba" music of the Songhai people. this is not tuareg/tamashek or amazigh. Tuaregs are not the only ppl who wear veils! most tribes in the Sahel do.
ppl seem to confuse, Tuaregs, fFulanis, Tebous, Songhais, Hausas, Moors etc. and cant tell them apart, everything in a veil ISN'T Tuareg.

I'm not sure the women dancing in the video are of the same group as the women who are singing and playing. They may belong to two different groups. There are both Fulani and Tuareg and other groups in the video.

Efectivament la música, de Tartit, no es correspon amb la dansa.
Its true, the music is from Tartit and not from the players.
