2 security guards having trouble taking camra guy down

went to sears after skating at toys r us for one trick the one you see attempted by threeflip1. Ethan (filming at the start)was filming while him and threeflip1 got kicked out. on the way out the the security said do you want to be arrested and Ethan said go ahead thinking he could not be arrested when he hadn't even skated. and thats when the security take it too far!

Check out the paint on the rails at 0:08 (or lack thereof) and you'll see why people don't like skateboarders doing tricks on their private property. And with that little rail grind at 1:26, they could have gotten him on destruction of property. Then the liars start saying that the security guard hit him when you can see on the video that neither guard swung at him.

There is a misconception, guards are NOT police.

There was no theft, so no "Merchant rights" were invoked.

And it is clear on the video that the guard said "Call the police" after the actions were taken by the guards, a real legal issue.

Yes, the skate boarders should have left, a non issue was allowed to become an issue.

And, in every one of the 50 states trespassing requires lawful notice.
