Felix was a lot lower level than the rest of my current party, so I swap him for Ivan. He's mostly for stat boosting and using his Psy Crystals to refill people's PP.

How do you get teleport?

The Teleport Lapis is found somewhere early in Mars Lighthouse. The place is a bit linear so it should be easy enough to find. I can't quite remember how off the top of my head.
