@ArmAVidz hmm...to give up sex is very difficult.But if one is not ready to give up sex,he finds himself in a tight bond with world and worldly desire,and he will not generally manage to make a new bond,that is bond with God.To create a new bond one have to loosen the bonds at present to a certain extent,rather than tighten it....I also find difficult to give up the idea of sex,but to me it is very justified why your faith says it isn't okay to have sex,my religion(Hindu) also says it.
