@Genteelness..This is NOT Skyy. This is indeed Brass Construction. This is from their "Conversations" album which was released in 1983. I know it sounds a lot like Skyy but there's a good reason for that. The lead singer and producer of BC, Randy Muller, also produced Skyy. In this same year Skyy's album "Skyylight" was out and if you listen to tunes from both albums you will hear a LOT of similarities. Different singers though but Randy leads one song on Skyylight called "Swing It."

This is not Brass Construction, this is a group called Skyy. Randy Muller started this band and was with Brass Construction also.

One of the funkiest tracks of all time. Still sounds as great today after all those years. Time does not diminish its brilliance.
