A Muslim is not allowed to beat his wife. Listen to Hamza Yusuf How hard you can beat your wife rather than this. Study our religion, do not spread false message. The word "beat" had a different meaning in old Arabic, it meant "warn her seriously, not "beat". I'm sick and tired of hearing some of us Muslims spreading false message of Islam. And we are the ones to suffer. Stop this for the sake of your sisters and brothers please.

@Abeedah1990 it's the same as the Saudi Arabia law..you get middle class british people who would never steal in England in the first place now contemplating about getting your hand chopped off in saudi arabia for stealing. You get men who never beat their wives even if religion allows it yet you get women saying iF MY MAN BEATS ME. Do you know there are rules for beating your wife, no blood, no bruise? having said that, if someone goes past these lines, it aint religion, it's that person!
