Sitting like a jewel in the Indian Ocean, Christmas Island is famed for its spectacular wildlife and unique land crabs. But on Australia Day 2008, this remote Australian outpost was the setting for an adrenalin-packed adventure. Six teams embarked on a race around the Island, following clues from one location to the next, with no idea of what tasks lay in store. The only thing contestants *were* sure of was the grand cash prize waiting for the first team to cross the finish line...

Hi there! Im just wondering if you can give any adive on how to do your own version of the amazing race! My main problem is the Roadblock and Detours mostly in like the city streets and everything! Do you know any challenges which could be done in a town centre, high street, shopping centre etc! And also would you need permission to film in these public locations! Please can help me! :)
