"It's generally accepted that the strategy of containment by threat of sanction or force of arms has a limited shelf life," says Ancram. "It needs to be replaced by a strategy of dialogue."
"We live in a world which is no longer governed by blocs," says Ancram. He discusses the challenges and areas of opportunity presented by this new "network world."
