St. Augustine High School Marching Band & Coast One Winterguard

Coast One is the 1990, `92, `94, `95, `97, and `98 Florida Federation of Colorguard Circuit Champions. They are the 1992 and `93 South Florida High School A Champions. They are the 1992 Southern Regional A Champions and the 1994 and `95 Southern Open Champions.

In 1994, Coast One received the Mid - South Championship title and also was a Scholastic Open Finalist at the World Championships in Dayton, Ohio.

In 1995, Coast One was awarded the Suncoast Regional Championship and received the Silver Medal at the World Championships in the Scholastic Open Division, thus being promoted to Scholastic World Class.

In 1996, Coast One was awarded the Suncoast Regional Scholastic World Championship and was a WGI finalist in their first year of World Class competition.

In 1997, Coast One received the Scholastic World Championship at the Suncoast Regional and finished 8th place at the WGI Championships in Phoenix, Arizona.

In 1998, Coast One was the 1998 WGI First Coast Scholastic World Champion and traveled to Dayton, Ohio for WGI World Championships, and became a WGI finalist for 5 consecutive years, three in Scholastic World Class.

In 1999, Coast One, along with Tapestry (IO), made the trip across the Atlantic to Amsterdam for the European Regional. Doing so, they placed first, becoming the 1st ever European Champions. Coast One was also the Mid-South Regional and First Coast Regional Grand Champions. At WGI Championships in Dayton, Coast One became a 6th year WGI finalist.

Through the years, the legacy of excellence has continued and many of the faces that run the program today, once marched the same field in competition.
