@mikwoo48 You'e right. It's not rock n roll music, but it's still music. Rock n' Roll Hall Of Fame is only a title and it's not just for rock n roll bands and artists being honored. All music genres are also included, pop, jazz, blues, soul, R&B, country, gospel, heavy metal, classic rock, punk rock, etc. And now hip hop and rap is included.

I've read that after you're nominated for the Rock'n'Roll Hall of Fame you have to pay something like $20,000 for the privilege of being inducted. Which is why John Lydon from the Sex Pistols, when he and the Pistols were nominated, told them to go stuff it.
Anyway, GMF & the F5 are the bomb and The Message is the greatest rap song ever. Nothing else has ever approached it in terms of artistic achievment. Nothing.
