Did Robert leave the show on a good note or was he just thrown to the curb because Peter came back? I've always wondered......anyone know?

I wondered that myself. Once Peter decided to return to the role did they politely say to RKK your out so Peter can come back in? Hopefully it was his choice to leave and he wasn't pushed out. He didn't deserve any bad treatment.

wow what year is this? i remember this but gosh i had to of been only 15 at the time. At least 11 years ago! hehe That's the 'old' bo

Actually it was about 15 years ago. 1992 to be exact. This Bo is not the old Bo he was the current Bo's replacement when he left in 1992. Peter Reckell came back about 1994 or 1995 or something like that. This is when Days was actually better to watch!

Robert did do a good job playing Bo Brady, not as good as Peter but better than anyone else could have for sure and he and Crystal where very good together although I think Crystal could play opposite a mop and make it look good

I always have a special place for Peter with Crystal, BUT I think Robert did an EXCELLENT job with Crystal. It is mindblowing how well the recast worked. I think Robert was the BEST male recast I've ever seen. They really worked at creating the magic Peter & Crystal started with and it is why Bo & Carly still worked after Peter left. I don't watch soaps anymore because they just aren't good like they once were. I couldn't watch Days without Crystal :(

or didn't have a story unless she gets rid of her competition. She got rid of RKK andLR followed suit bcuz her and PR didn't have chemistry and she got rid of CC bcuz of competition. Notice how quickly PR and CC picked up where they left off? And KA was left in the dust. W/o PR, KA doesn't have a leg to stand on.

After all these years, this Bo still VEXES me; especially when he says Princesss. I can't stand it. Makes me wanna give myself a root canal without novacane.

As for what happened to RKK, he was fired because of creative differemces. Personally, I think KA had him fired. Back then Bo and Billie (RKK and LR)were the rave and KA had just come back to the show. They had no intentions of breaking up Bo and Billie. When KA, she complained and told LR to do the same to get Reckell back. KA doesn't

@fwecppb I wondered that too. I always felt that Peter wanted back & they basically said "RKK, you're out." They should've let RKK stay.

I'm sorry, but RKK could not hack it as Bo for me. I tried to accept him, but couldn't watch after RKKs first month. Crystal made these scenes work. What an amazing actress she is, but she could only do so much. RKK's line delivery seems so forced. If PR had never left I wonder how things really would have gone. They would have married and we'd have a CARBO baby by now.

That was his nickname for her and Hope's is fancy face. Not sure if Billie had one but he called her lady all the time.
