@buddy51 They're smiling because they see themselves on the camera. You can see in the monitors in the background the scene you see on the screen, and it occurs to several of them at once that they are on television. As for the date, 3sat didn't go on the air until 1984, but was likely a rebroadcast from an earlier date. The band doesn't look 10 years older than their Eurovision performance.

You are right, it is 1973. Right after Eurovision they toured European nations, this one is in Germany

According to the disclaimer it states the year 1979 but this date is incorrect!!!It definitely is from the early '70's -is there anybody out there that can correberate this and give the accurate year?

This is one of the few vids that shows the flirtatious side of Amaia, who was normally serious and melancholic.

There is somebody, either in the audience or among the studio crew who was making advances at her. Notice how she can hardly contain her laughter from 0.45-0.47 (with the complicity of her brother Roberto in the background who also laughs). Then again from 3.05-3.07, there is a lovely spark in her eyes.

Amaia has the sweetest tone of voice I've ever heard.
