you're right:as the SU27 had it first testflights,the pilot had to pull completely on the stick to determine G on some speed: the result was that he was ripped unconscious immideately by the g-force and the plane crashed.After that a computer has been build in, which limits G-force to human-friendly value. You just can't survive 12G flying that long as you have in the fighter-youd need frequent breakes.
However, still those little machines are way more agile andhave more power for less weight

Kinda doubt it. I bet fighters can achieve g forces much higher than that. The pilot wouldn't be able to handle it. The machines themselves can pull a lot more than you think

the light airplanes of redbull airrace achieve geforces over 12G, which is over limit of any jet today - even the most agile fighters like Su37 and Mig29OVT are limited to 10G
