RX-7 bouncing idle problem

The car was stored since november 2008, I started it in march 2009. The car is running great but idle sucks big time. I just changed the spark plugs (they are brand new). Idle is between 1,200 and 1,800 RPM everytime. I tried changing the map sensor without success. The bouncing idle was there before winter. Backfires stop when the car is hot.
