Still hanging around the 259 mark. I'm down 45lbs. Hoped for more at this stage, but I haven't been keeping up with my protein, exercise or anything, so I'm just glad to be moving downward. Big thanks to all of you who have kept in touch me during my MIA phase. It means alot to me. ((HUGS))

  • You look good But just think if you eat your protein and exercise what a huge difference it with make in your weight loss progress. Just go for it you will be Amazed at your Progress

  • Thank you. You know I KNOW what I need to do, it's just getting that kick in the butt I need to get moving in the right direction that is tough. I live in CT and it's rained (heavily) at least 3 out of 4 days here for the past 3months! Real mood killer! I just don't feel energetic enough to go to the gym. I promise to get my butt in gear in the next week. With all my stress, I probably should find a healthy release. Thank you for watching and commenting on my video.
