Music Hackday hack by Daniel Morris and Neville Daniel.
Allows a user to combine their favourite bars from different music songs into a single coherent audio file.
Basically... beatmatches 3 songs specified from the local hard disk, then splits them into their component bars. You can preview and pick bars you like and assemble them into sequence using a web interface, and hear them back as a shiny MP3!
Built using the Echo Nest remix SDK python wrapper, and some Ruby / Rack / JQuery thrown in for good measure.
Screencast version is a bit tedious in places while my computer waits for the internet.
Enjoy!
Where can we downlaod it?
