The fact is, Oxycontin supply comes about 15% from prescriptions and 85% by theft! His comparing it reveals the ignorance. He should know "heroin" is actually diamorphine, a form of morphine. Fentanyl. is, presently, most powerful narcotic. Drugs, even controlled drugs, illegally obtained, are, easily, more available to kids (and in prisons?) with the present drug war. Studies have shown kids get regulated things like alcohol and cigarettes, with much less ease than drugs. Drug war fail!
