Looks like SOPA is Tracer Tongs dream. but i'd rater have the other endings.

0bama must have been trapped in cyberspace with helios when the blast went off
which ended his ambitions of spreading communism/Islam/gay sex with arab children across the planet.

This is probably the best ending, maybe, out of the 3.

The problem with this ending is that it's more or less a reboot of human history. If we had to start over, we would likely end up doing the same things that led to J.C. Denton's choices here.

The rebuilding of the information network would be inevitable. Hopefully, utter dependence upon it and an international conspiracy would not.

Cheesiest ending of them all.
Helios ending all the way.

This ending still gives me goosebumps. It's pretty close to HL2: Episode Two's ending for me on the emotional scale.
Hey, thanks for uploading this. I've got one question: Do we actually know if in this ending, JC makes it out alive? I read somewhere that he is meant to be killed by the blast, do you know if that's true?

Where did you read that? That sound interesting.
I don't know exactly if it's true, but in Invisible War they combined all three endings of DX and JC is alive, so it's safe to assume that he survives the explosion in this ending.

Uhm, I think it was somewhere on planetdeusex. There was a "funny" poem about how somebody played Deus Ex, and there was a line that said something like "unfortunately I got killed by the blast" or stuff. Well, maybe whoever wrote that poem just got this ending wrong. I mean, the music is so.. cheerful, I don' t really believe he dies.

Thanks for the clarification. Obviously our poet friend misinterpreted the ending : )

So basically, JC merged with Helios, destroyed Area 51, gave the Illuminati alot more power, then he went to Antarctica?
