When you take it, you are lucky to get even one molecule of the active ingredient. That is homeopathy in a nutshell.

For anyone wanting to see what real science has to say about supplements try here:

/ Please note that despite its title this curation of peer reviewed science papers does show the ones where there's evidence of efficacy. Yes, some of these things do work.

The reason we criticize this stuff is because there isn't any good evidence to show that it works. The fact that people have been using it for a long time is not proof of efficacy. That's a logical fallacy called appeal to tradition. There is some very scant, preliminary evidence that elderberry might be useful to treat flu but it far from being proven in humans. w w w .ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/19548

Your facts on both homoeopathy and vaccinations are incorrect. Vaccines introduce the condition it protects against, in a very small dose, to induce natural antibodies. Homoeopathy starts with *any* substance that causes the same symptoms. It then dilutes that down to less than one molecule in the volume of the solar system at it's 'strongest' dilution: 1500x
It is 200 years old, not thousands. It is, literally, just water. With no more medicinal value.
You're right, you are poorly informed as you said in the Info bar.
You should read up on what Homeopathy really is or listening to a skeptical pod cast "the skeptics guide to the universe" or "skeptics with a K" they're both informative and funny shows.

That wasn't it.
That being said that's not where vaccinations started (they work in completely different ways).
It's not homeopathic if it has content in it. Herbal medicine can have small effects. Homeopathic medicine is diluted to the point where there is no active ingredient anymore. So, if what you have is true herbal medicine and not homeopathic, it can have an effect. If the ingredients say 30C (or anything with C after it), it is homeopathic.
Thanks for the response! :)

I will start off by admitting that I have a number of chiropractors in my family so I have been given a bunch of information on the other side of this subject. The Homeopaths and Naturopaths claim that Benjamin Jestey a farmer who had been influenced by Homeopathic method 20 years before Jenner. They perfered a diluted cow pox to actual small pox. That said through the process vacination bounced back a forth between medical doctors and natural doctors.

I am not sure that the modern practices of non live viruses or similar virus with less potent results would have happened with out Homeopathic opposition. That said I'm sure that I have recieve a revised history of the issue but it is hard for me to imaging that the medical history has not also been revised over the last 200 years.
