kanye doesn't know how to play a single instrument efficiently.
kanye let's bad taste get the best of him, even though he's got some okay music.
Kanye, unlike Dre, is going down in wack-history for releasing one of the biggest flops in music in the 2000s decade (808s and heartbreaks, lame album)
the only thing kanye wins is a popularity contest because he has the most clueless-about-real-music corporations giving him the most exposure. thats it.

Its impossible to say that Kanye or Timbo or Scott Storch is the best because, first of all it's not a popularity contest,
and second of all, Kanye, Timbo, and Scott Storch have been known for putting out some REALLY AWFUL music, unlike Dre.
