John McCain has missed 101 more roll call votes than Senator Tim Johnson who suffered a stroke and missed over 8 months in the Senate in 2007.

Clearly when running for president, candidates will miss roll call votes, Obama missed a little under 300, but Obama had a much longer primary.

What's John McCain's excuse?

  • Shorter McCain--

I criticize people for the things I do worse.

  • Damn - McCain is such a liar and fake - how do you have the worst record and trying to say you are a maverick and will change washington - I mean - have you ever beeb to washington looking at the stats?

  • "a stroke-like illness."

??? You wouldn't be trying to say something, would you, CNN?

  • My friends, COUNTRY FIRST at its finest!

  • Co McCain essentially voted "Not Present" 412 times this year.

  • I can understand that campaigning takes time away from Senate voting, but what makes this all the more sad for McCain is that he wrapped up the Republican nomination months before Obama wrapped up the Democratic nomination, yet McCain *still* missed 101 more votes despite having all that extra free time.
