Are you playing this realtime while looking at your monitor? I'm trying to figure out if I can connect my console to the Intensity and play by looking at my PC monitor. Any idea if that works? And will compression work realtime?

Yes everything is realtime. The HDMI cable goes from my Xbox 360 to the card, then there is an output HDMI that goes to my PC Monitor. Compression is MJPEG and takes about 30-40% of my 3.5GHz Quad at 1080i. Also any input will work or any output. For instance, the other day I had my PS2 going through Composite (yellow) and outputting through the HDMI to my Monitor.
