This was yet another first from Elvis - the first performer to publicly use the cordless microphone on stage! Still not perfected back in 1970 and would take another decade or so before it became commonly used. I wonder who the maker of this cordless mic Elvis tried to use in this clip was. Anyone know? I'm aware he used Shure corded mics in the '70s but not 'sure' of the this cordless mic.
Btw, the microphone that Elvis THREW down in this August 1970 clip was recently auctioned off !

@vbabingt This was from 1970. Las Vegas I ripped it from a DVD I have called "Elvis That's The Way It Is".
