Yea.. Let's send people to jail because we are too much of a bunch of pussy-asses to grow a pair.. Thanks a lot legal system. Thanks a lot for over-pussifying the pathetic youth even more.

No-one has the right to bully anybody else. Some people are vulnerable and this is the protection they need against mean spirited, callous and vicious people who find it funny to harass, intimidate and frighten people.
Anyone who consistently and persistently bullies another person needs time to reflect on their own lives to see why they are acting in such a negative way, maybe prison will give them that time.

It angers me, though, that others will throw away these kids just because they're acting up. I know a lot of people that were once horrible, but are great citizens now.

I know you're right that people can sometimes do some daft stuff that later they look back on and wonder why on earth they acted that way... and yes some people do really need some help and guidance, but others like the British guy yesterday who was leaving malicious comments and making vile videos to taunt the family of a teenage girl who had killed herself...well he is in jail now and that's where he needs to be

You want to eliminate it? Start by showing some compassion for both sides.

@twish1999 Prison affects people permanently. It goes on records and can restrict job options or college applications.
But hey, maybe this is a good thing. If these bullies starve to death, we won't need to worry about them passing on their UNDESIRABLE attitudes.
