Five years Natural!!!!/ Natural hair with no product/ Vitamins that I take/Big chop!

Yes this is my 5th year being natural and I couldn't be happier! I cut all my hair off five years ago and started over. Everyone thought I was losing it but I was just being me, and doing what was right for my hair. This is where I stand today. My hair with no product. Also the vitamins I take. Hope you like it! My sisters don't be afraid of the big chop! Your hair will thank you.

@jericka34 oh wow that was along time ago.. I need to go back and delete those comments. I was transitioning at that time and was unaware of natural hair growth, shrinkage etc... Im not stupid for taking up for myself. but it does get on my nerves when people always have to put their 2 cents in something. But hey its youtube, should expect the back lash. Im hoping we as black women can all get along and teach each other instead of bickering. That happened Long ago and the case was closed then.

Your hair looks great!!! I just started going natural about 8 months ago and want to do a big chop but am so nervous about what it might look like. My hair is about to my shoulders and 75% of it is still my old relaxed hair. I can't wait until I can say it's been 5 years. Great job.

I liked this video, my only complaint is that the music was a little too loud - it was kinda hard to hear her at times but other than that, pretty encouraging (especially since it's her fifth year natural). I just started growing out my perm so I have a long way to go before I get to where she is.
