PNF: Hamstrings Hold-Relax technique can be done 3-4 times on each side (10 sec isometric contraction followed by 10 sec stretch) or the Contract-Relax Technique for an even deeper stretch (10 sec isotonic contraction followed by 10 sec stretch)
Seems the biggest challenge is to keep that leg straight. I know that when I do stretching a catch myself bending my back or bending me knee which makes me feel like I'm going further but is actually poor technique.
