Another Stormin Norman weather update

From February 1986 when KTXL changed the graphics and theme of its newscast. Stormin' Norman Jacobs was busted around 1987 for 'lewd conduct' in a public restroom and hasn't been heard from since.

A Carl's Jr. commercial with Carl Karcher himself is in the middle. (Critical viewers will note that the movie screen in this commercial is the wrong aspect ratio!) This was recorded during the movie "Meatballs" so that's what Norm's talking about at the end.
