One Minute Short Film - Destiny (Israel, 2005)

Won the first place in the international jerusalem film festival (2005).

This One Shot was made under two rough rules: The camera can not be stopped, and the length can not go over one minute.

I liked the guy with the mask making absolutely no sense, hes my favorite.

Its extremely poetic. The curiosity of the mime is focused on to the camera "the mirror of his destiny" then when he finds out that its his destiny in front of him he tries to run. This is a common human instinct when they don't like what they see. The future reviles itself in the form of death, hence the woman wearing black and throwing a rose to a gravestone. He has no other choice but to embrace his destiny, hence the kissing. We all die. Its our destiny.

The glowy effect spoils it
