So. HTWF is ligit. but is Branca's WILL really ligit. Is he defending the "estate of MJJ" or milking it for LEGAL FEES?

@Ketren2 I'm not interested in sites turning fans against each other. I look at facts! I'm cool with fans disagreeing with each other. But hating the estate with no proof of any wrong doing is stupid. Fans hate Branca so therefore they believe shady people. MJ's estate is responsible for his trademarks. This is why estates are put in place. Is not Johnson responsibility. If you think what she did was right then go buy up trademarks of other dead celebs & see a big fat lawsuits from their estate.

@Ketren2 What ever website you are looking at are twisting things and not giving you the bigger picture. Let's put aside whether Johnson got permission from MJ and let's look at the fact she purchased trademarks using charity money. In her own documents from her charity there is no proof that she has actually done what a charity should do. So tell me what she did with all that money people donated to her charity after MJ death. There is questions about it, which she hasn't been able to answer.

@Ketren2 Oh yes, it was bought by charity money. Tax document shows that she used donation money for the purchase of those trademarks. Johnson is not rich so where do you think she got the money to purchase those trademarks which were not cheap by the way. You argument makes no sense. A settlement does not mean one doesn't have a strong case. Plus have you ever thought that Johnson wanted to settle as well. They did go to court. And court documents shows what Johnson was saying makes no sense.

@Ketren2 Many of them did step down. Branca hadn't worked for MJ since 06. After Michael decided he wanted to work again he called up some of his old people including Branca and Frank Dileo. Might I also add in 06 Branca was not fired. Him and MJ parted ways...meaning Branca stepped down. There is nothing mysterious about any of this. Too many fans are trying to make a mountain out of molehill, trying to connect certain people to MJ's death and is getting to the point of being ridiculous!

@Ketren2 Like I said Johnson claimed she got permission from the likes of Bob Jones and if you as an MJ fan believe that then I don't know what to say. Like I said we know there are many shady people in MJ's circle like Bob Jones who did things and gave permission to things they shouldn't have. If Johnson never got direct permission from MJ...talk to him directly then all her letters/emails from those in his circle will not ever hold up in a court of law. Is obvious is not holding up period!

@Ketren2 Of everything I read, Bain has never said anything about this charity. We don't have all the court documents from this lawsuit. So I'm not sure where you are getting your info from. No Larry Nimmer never said that as well. I looked into it and not once did I read or hear Nimmer saying that. There is actually a video of Larry assuming Johnson won this case but he realize she didn't or somethings didn't add up. Again, look at the bigger picture not the fact you might not like the Estate.

@Ketren2 I think you need to look at things deeper & not let the fact you don't like Branca blind you to what is going on. THere is more to Johnson's story & you are not looking at the bigger picture. Melissa has never shown any proof she got permission from MJ. In fact MJ's assistant reported her for stalking MJ. Plus, does it make sense to you that a charity is using charity money to buy up trademarks. That right there is illegal as hell. It violates what a charity should do with their money.

@YolandaAdamsfan I like Geraldine but I think she has been duped to believe Johnson craziness. I keep telling fans to research it. Facts are there if we look hard enough. Johnson never got direct permission from MJ to do what she is doing. For anyone to believe all the documentation she had from so called people like Bob Jones is crazy to me. In the court of law that won't hold up. A judge will ask, Johnson did you speak to MJ directly if not then how do you know he gave his permission.
