I have crazy hair as a result of a crazy workout!
Shout out to those who are making changes in their life towards a healthier life!
Meal #1: Chocolate Shakeology blended with water, ice and a dab of Peanut Butter
Meal #2: 2 pieces of tuna sushi
Meal#3: Tomato Fennel soup, bread and small serving of tomato basil angel hair pasta
Meal #4: Bread (I know a bit too much bread today) and three small street tacos (just meat and onions and cilantro and guacamole)

To answer your question on the recovery drink. It wont matter.
1) Your body will not absorb the 'fuel' from the recovery drink quick enough to use it if you start drinking it during the workout.
2) Unless drinking the recovery drink during your workout somehow makes you push harder due to a psychological benefit, it wont make a difference on how much fat your body burns either.

Thank you for the reply. Are you positive? As far as I understand Recovery drinks, they are meant to be rapidly absorbed by the body... that is the reason for taking it within 30-60 minutes of your workout. Can you state a source I can look into? Thanks again so much!
