@TheWhatsinaname I had many problems after this episode. I think the root of that is the statement by Blake to Ross about not fighting to get him back -- that he would need to fight for her. The reason for my problems with that in terms of what was later written, including by these same writers, was that isn't the way things worked out with Blake and Ross and Blake later became this weakling around Ben Warren which was soooo unlike
Cynthia Watros was the best at doing collapses. I never noticed that before until I saw the clip finally, after 13 years, of when Annie set up Reva "pushing" her down the stairs, but the collapse down the stairs, nearly mirrors this one and also the one where she collapsed at the non-wedding to Alan less than a year after this first aired. I didn't have problems with this show at the time this aired -- except for the firing of Zas -- but
I'm gonna play devil's advocate. The A-M thing was incredibly stupid (on both parts). Ross wouldn't admit that he loved Blake and basically told her everything was her fault. The "Rick" thing was a culmination of Ross refusing to believe his wife with regards to Amanda. Gee, I would be devistated too if I saw my hubby about to "do" something with his ex...after telling me it was all in my head. As for Ben...Ross could actually lay claim to being wronged. Turn about fair play...Tory!

I won't say it was the last great scene, but I can tell you won't see any more. This and the Reva's death scene are my favorite.
