Toadstool corals are very easy corals to take care of. As with all corals it is best to keep them in good water conditions, but they tend to be forgiving and are a great choice for someone who is just beginning in the hobby. Toadstool corals can grow very large and they make nice showpiece corals in tanks of all sizes. For more videos please visit http://www.reefvideo.net.
@eternalfear your probably seeing a silk worm.....when i blast my rock work for sediment the silk worms will come out with their webs which looks like a spider took over the tank....they are harmless...some toadstools will react like this for a week.....make sure there is no slim on them.

I got a toadstool yesterday it was blooming fine and thin there was nothing. I also spotted this red dot in the middle of its branch. when food is present something comes out of it like a web and grabs the food. Is that normal

Toadstool Corals give off a "film" and it'll appear to be "rotting" right in front of you. Nothing is terribly wrong with it, give it time. In a week or so it should start popping back out. Think of this like a snake shedding it's skin.
