@lovesarita Don't use someone else's (Mantak Chia) hard work to promote your own bias!

UPDATE; From the School of Public Health, Peking University Health Science Center, Beijing: “China Public health in China can gradually meet the requirements of social development and the increasing public demand for health care services only when the public health is directed by informatization, globalization, technification, and humanization.”
Curious, isn’t it, that Chi Kung belongs to a race of people who don’t seem to get the apparent benefits of this age-old system?

Mantak Chia has perfected this, has a book and now on you tube.

After completing all movements of Taoist Tai Chi I am energized and very calm. No music or sound is necessary. Quietude is necessary, I suffer arthritis and only my continued movements through Tai Chi make it possible to walk easily and certainly arise from a seated position without aide.
I do thank God for this spiritual and physical exercise.
