If you look in Chapter 4 of Army Regulation AR 602-210, You will see that waivers for Rape or any sexual offense is not going to be approved. Katie didn't do her homework on this one.

I would agree with you if the economy wasn't tanking like it is. That is one of the best recruitment campaigns there is. Watch the level of recruitment shoot up as job opportunities plummet.

Actually the military is lose on enforcement of dont ask dont tell. As for convicted criminals entering the military, its nothing new and would only stop if the military didnt have a shortage of recruits, which isnt likely to happen any time soon.

At one time you couldn't be in the military if you were flat footed. Now you can be anything as long as you are willing to kill or be killed. Can you say disposable?
