Thank you for very informative clip. I started having sciatic symptoms over a year ago and visited the doctor. They just told me I have a slightly bulged disc in the lower spine. All they did was refer me to a neurologist, but due to financial issues, I wasn't able to. The pain is still there, and the level of pain varies from time to time. I just performed this test, and I definitely felt a lot of tension and especially the radiating pain. How long is too long for postponing a visit to the doc?

Thanks for posting. I hope you post some exercises to alleviate some of the pain. The best infomation source that I have found for self treatment is the book 7 Steps to a Pain Free Life by Robin McKenzie. He practices in New Zeland. This book was the most helpful source for fixing myself. The $30,000+ that was spent on surgery was not 5% as helpful as this book. The book sells for $5-6 on used book sites.
