I like to work biceps and triceps the same day to get the ultimate muscle pump and get blood into the muscle. I tooke the video of the leg extensions a couple days ago but thought i would add it into the video. Good quadricep work out.

@thethecqp Yes i know, i have been in a couple month bulking phase eating everything in site, but am now starting dieting and hitting abs and cardio hard to get the bodyfat under control.
