It was the end of 1983 going into the start of 1984,even though Sheila filmed her final episode in July 1983 just 9 weeks after Val quit,even though she wanted to leave at the same time. The Producers wanted to give Lizzie a good ending, in reality they were bricking the loss of the last two and most popular original inmates of the show in the same episode.And rightly so, but they talked Sheila into staying a bit longer. Cass was a troll.lol
