@tedinvegas Planet Hollywood blows, the new Aladdin was reasonably cool in that it at least had a theme, what the heck is the theme of "Planet Hollywood", IMO the restaurant in the Forum Shops has more character in a "Hollywood" respect.

Mind you, 1998 and they build what they did on THAT piece of land? When their competition is the freaking Bellagio, places like Mandalay Bay. Hotels like the "new" Aladdin just don't cut it todays Vegas, not even close.

its funny how the helicopter zoomcam was the most powerful tv cam at the time but my non-dslr cam is way better quality than that, inlcuding 40x zomm quality...which i could have beeen there during one of the demolitions particularly the dunes demolition.
