The Woodentops' 1986 album "Giant" was one of the best records of its era, a brilliantly whimsical mishmash of plucky and frenetic, folk-tinged post-punk rock, all done with great glee and joie de vivre. It was an infectiously delightful record that could brighten the spirits of the mopiest mope.
The most over-looked band of the 80's!
