Whale Watching in Santa Cruz Harbor

A beautiful day with fog, mist and sunshine to explore the waters around Santa Cruz. We spotted harbor seals, bird life, sea otters and a whale with her calf. Kim Powell of Blue Water Ventures was our guide. It doesn't get much better than California's ocean and Blue Water Ventures.

looks like fun.. but would not want one of them whales getting to close to one of them little kayaks tho may not be a good thing.. looks really nice up there tho would love to travel up the northern coast someday fish see the all the beautiful sites... thanx for sharing this. ill have to look at more vids of up north and santa cruz half moon bay to :)

Kayaking with Kim out of the harbor is the best.  Such a great way to experience the bay.
