  • I agree with a lot of what you are saying. Eating late at night could have an effect on the organs such as the liver which is in healing mode during the sleeping hours. Not saying it would cause someone to gain weight but it's best to let the body concentrate on healing during the night rather than digesting. Digestion takes a lot of energy.
