It tasted alright using that dough recipe but you could always adjust the salt and sugar to taste.

If it looks disorganized or like the cook was not skilled it may be my fault for how I photographed and edited. The cook was actually cranking out dozens of these at a time and keeping a buffet line feeding hundreds fully supplied. And his utensils and work area were clean - or I wouldn't have eaten the hawawshi - which were delicious. The same cook prepared a different item each night we were there & did quite well - & the guests were a demanding bunch.

@LaGitana87 Thanks for the info and I guess u r right, I was invited few weeks ago for dinner with Egyptian Friend From Alex and they did the same Recipe, which is different than what we do in Cairo, both r delicious anyway:)
