I had to look up LaRouche because I didn't know too much about him. He ran for presidency 5 times & was targeted by the Communist Party USA, Kissinger persuaded the PFIAB for a national-security operation against LaRouche, Executive Order 12333. This recommendation was promptly put into effect by the FBI that same month.
Interesting reading on Larouche. Sounds like he was on to them for quite awhile

He rocks. Is he saying also that the British money people made some money out of Hitler and Mussolini - just some more clients of theirs'? I have long suspected that the English ruling class of the day may also actually have WELCOMED WW2 (let it happen) as it would reduce their plebeian population a bit (through attrition). They could have stopped it by stronger action in 1936, 1938 etc. But in any event, they may well have been happy to finance these fascists, for the benefit of just income.

They did more then just make money. The intended policy, back to the end of WWI was to rearm Germany and send them to a long war against the Russians, to breakdown both of them. The British empire was active in creating the Nazi dictatorship.
But Hitler decided to go West first, not East. The Germans would have been caught in a long bloody battle with Russia (the British were hoping attack a Germany weakened from a long fight with Russia, which was to be largely destroyed as well).
