  • I may not like Mendenhall as a player being a Ravens fan, but I can definitely respect him for having the courage to speak his mind. I thought that speaking your mind is protected by the First Amendment of the Constitution. Maybe he could have explained himself in more detail. Still, he has my respect for not caring about what others think about what he feels. Props to you too Chad for being one person not acting like a bigot over his comment.

  • @shocktrauma85 thanks bro. This has nothing to do with race. People of all ethnicities and religions share common beliefs, theories, concepts....

  • i completely agree with the purpose behind mendenhalls post "to get people to think" i just dont agree with the way he went about it

  • @crithinker7 if his purpose what to get people to think then he accomplished his goal, even if it offended some people. Sometimes it requires being radical and making a scene to get a point across otherwise everyone will just ignore it. And please bring all your arguments to the forefront Im not opposed to hearing some debunk conspiracies my mind and opinions have been changed in the past.

  • intheot...the gov't doesnt run the media, media organizations contour to their respective audiences, each outlet has a template or threshold of what they feel is news worthy (which is why i dont pay attention to them) but stating simply that " the gov' t runs the media" is common conspiracy rhetoric that i hear all the time. i majored in criminal justice and minored in homeland security and have seen the facts surrounding 9/11. and albeit more interesting to think 9/11 was an inside job

  • @crithinker7 just because you studied criminal justice and homeland security doesnt mean you understand the ultimate goal in what they are trying to achieve. There is a reason why schools have such regimented curriculums they want to limit what you are taught in a very structured format. True knowledge is going and researching, digging and finding it out on your accord because you want to find out about something. Not what somebody else believes to be the information you should be told.

  • I am a Liberal and usually don't agreed with freedom of speech b/c conservative abuses 1st amendment, but this I DO.

  • @shocktrauma85

What is happening to american celebrities, most of them have been silent since the begining of the Libyan crisis, they are real coward, they are afraid to speak their minds, Even the rappers !

  • Kiss-ass..........Bin Laden admitted he was the mastermind..........

  • Erikali, we get most of our oil from Canada not the middle east. Cmoon people, educate urselves!

  • @azar78345able I agree with you, I agree with everything you said... Why do you follow me around always asking questions? What was the government trying to pull???? Really? I can answer that one, a modern day Vietnam, an occupation of two countries rich in oil or natural gases, we've been in Afghanistan for 10 years, 10 YEARS! C'Mon now...

  • @IntheOT No matter what, the media will try to crucify him because he spoke up and said something they didn't want to hear. i only wish everyone here spoke up and demanded accountability by the government

  • medinaz you need to watch idiocracy and stop growing ur crops with gatorade
