the whole piece is just too slow i think. it loses its charm when not played with a string quartet. i think your tone is too bright for this piece. i like to play this piece with a darker, more mellow tone.
I would have to agree with the comments from mjs5155 and moretg on this one. I have performed this piece and I know exactly what my clarinet teacher would say if she heard this. Too strong in parts, relax. And yes, staccato, staccato, staccoto.
your sound is very pushed and over-emphasised. As a soloist most would say to stand as well when you play. Keep the sound going, don't get so quiet no one can hear you, you have to remember you need to project to the back as well.
