The park land was donated to the government for the purpose of recreation. Separate land, Pea Island, was set aside for birds. But now the recreational area, has been encroached on by the "environmentalist" and recreation is closed to the public. All of this was done unconstitutionally by an activist judge. The legislative body is in charge of legislation, and they are the sole body who can create new legislation or overturn old legislation. And yet the Judicial Branch acting on a 40 year dated Executive order from the executive branch has over turned congressional legislation.
