@MizzSweetBubbles Paper shredders or at least recently made ones have a censor that will turn on in the shredding department only if something goes in from the top it is incredibly difficult to fit anything smaller than a nickle in thickness inside it.

i think it was unplugged. as for people believing it is not from a the noise in the vid there are other things that can cause that noise. plus it sounds like silence. like it was filmed with older equipment. sometimes when filmed with older equipment silence comes out like that.
