  • @Thisted7 Lol, wow, I also thought the "Us" in the title meant "United States".

  • @zozx this is not entirely true; not merging on to a highway properly and slow traffic camping in the left lane, not letting faster traffic pass piss me off the most.

generally Americans are decent drivers (in america). bad driving in foreign countries due to culture shock is understandable

  • @mtsportbabe87 I don't think that's true, i think all you need is your U.S. license, passport/visa I would also try to get my IDL

  • foreigners renting a car in the U.S. you you must be 25, have your countries drivers license(s) and an international drivers license obtained from your country

(the U.S. does not issue IDL's) and your passport / visa. 99% of the rental cars are automatics

  • @zozx I heard if youre from the US you cannot rent a car in England unless youve done it before. Id be scared to do it anyway but is that true?

  • watch out for Americans, We can't drive for shit; Sad but true

  • Woah thats so werid. I'd friggin out on which side i'd be turning on D:

  • I would have thought you would find driving on roads in England fairly straightforward being from Australia, we drive on the same side and the speed limits are pretty much the same (albeit yours being in KM/PH). As someone else mentioned, you can go at full pelt 70mph down most country roads (those "narrow ones") as they are national speed limit, it's crazy though if you even contemplate that!

  • he is driving verrry slow for country roads, I wrote a car off on one though doing nerely 100mph
