There is nothing to explain as it is quite clear to me. China is an authoritative country where leaders aren't democratically elected. But this video isn't aimed at comparing western democracies with other countries. It was an exercise to make fun of our leaders and make people laugh. There is no political aim in this video, rest assured. Thanks for your comment Sir.
